While the rest of the world returns to normal, AIUB Computer Club (ACC) strives to keep its members active by encouraging them to participate in a range of constructive activities. To attain the aim, the AIUB Computer Club successfully held the third edition of JARVIS as “JARVIS 3.0 – Intra ACC Carnival” on December 28, 2021. Keeping the COVID-19 situation in mind, as the previous year, this year’s event was also held entirely online.
The event was initiated with the opening ceremony of the event at 10 AM. A welcome address was delivered by Abrar Rafid, President, AIUB Computer Club, in which he greeted the visitors and participants in the beginning. Mashiour Rahman, Associate Dean in Charge, FST, AIUB, then formally launched the program by sharing his significant thoughts and suggestions with the attendees. Mr. Rahman discussed the ACC’s relationship with the Department of Computer Science, as well as how the two organizations collaborate to arrange events for the students’ benefit.
